Bioceres is the majority shareholder of Bioceres Crops Solutions Corp. ($BIOX), the first Latin American biotechnology company for agriculture listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Operating under the brands Rizobacter and Bioceres Semillas, the company markets high-tech inputs in over 20 countries, with subsidiaries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and India.

Notably, Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. has developed the HB4® technology, a unique biotechnological advancement offering drought and salinity tolerance in soybeans and wheat on a global scale. The last Venture Round investment, carried out on 01 April 2016, involved BAF Capital and Monsanto Growth Ventures (MGV).
