Was founded in the 1890 by Salvatore Corleone, great grandfather of the current owners, considered a pioneer of the citrus production activity in Sicily. Development of the territory, tradition, love for nature and respect for workers' rights, translate into products of the highest quality appreciated by customers all over the world. This is the vision that guides the Company’s strategies. Agrumaria Corleone has been producing natural and concentrated juices and essential oils extracted from lemons, oranges, mandarins, bergamots, grapes and other fruits, in its modern plant in Palermo. High quality products with unique characteristics intended both for the Food & drinks and the Fragrance & Beauty industry. Our lemon, orange, blood orange and mandarin juice concentrates are intended for the world’s largest juice and beverage producers/distributors. Our lemon, orange, blood orange and mandarin essential oils, both cold pressed and distilled, are known and appreciated all over the world for their unique organoleptic properties. Today, they are our pride and joy and, undoubtedly, the most romantic part of our work. The Company is committed to respecting the highest standards of corporate social responsibility and to raising the awareness of its suppliers to the importance of adopting measures that protect workers’ rights and the environment. Bearing these principles in mind, Agrumaria Corleone has drafted its first internal sustainability report. The company obtained ISO 14001: 2015 certification over twenty years ago, reflecting its dedication to the reduction of energy usage and polluting emissions, both in water and in the atmosphere. Agrumaria Corleone invests in renewable energies and in particular in photovoltaic panels, thereby obtaining significant energy savings and lower C02 emissions. In February 2022, Agrumaria Corleone obtained FSA (Farm Sustainability Assessment) certification.
