What counts as a decision memo?
One leadership question, answered on one page with dated sources and a suggested decision, reviewed by your analyst. Alerts, briefs and quick answers in Slack or Teams are always included and never counted.
What happens after the Readout?
You keep the findings. Start a plan within 30 days and the full €7,500 comes off your first quarter.
