Armenian HR Association

Armenian HR Association is a professional community of about 80 leading specialists in Human Resources (HR) in Armenia. Founded in 2010, the Association aims to promote the adoption of modern HR management technologies and tools in the Republic of Armenia, combining international best practices with local nuances. Its activities revolve around public awareness, professional development, HRM framework improvement, HR Club meetings, masterclasses, and conferences.

Members of the Association encompass HR directors, managers, consultants, professionals, generalists, trainees, and other HR-related specialists from various industries. The organization's focus on cultivating a cohesive HR community in Armenia signifies its dedication to enhancing the HR landscape in the country.
