Furthermore many late stage tumors are highly heterogeneous and often do not have immunogeneic neo-angtigens or tumor associated antigens expressed • Collateral damage to the tumor: Dr. Folkman the pioneer of angiogenesis showed that for every 1 tumor endothelial cell killed, approximately 200-300 tumor cells die. • Reduction of tumor metastasis and invasiveness: ValloVax has been shown to reduce metastasis in a LLC spontaneous metastasis model. Furthermore, preventing the recurrence of tumor angiogenesis may have applications post-surgical resection
