Bim - Pagos Digitales Peruanos is the company responsible for implementing Bim, their mobile wallet, offering an innovative and unique solution compared to other global models. This initiative involves participation from banks, municipal savings and credit banks, rural savings and credit banks, financial organizations, EDPEMs, and electronic money issuing companies, among others.
It is a private sector initiative, bringing together over 30 emitters of electronic money who have organized and invested in developing a unique technological platform that enables interoperability among emitters and telecommunications companies. This development introduces a new payment method, aiming to enable all Peruvians to conduct transactions more efficiently, quickly, and securely.
