Blenders & Bowls

Blenders & Bowls is a food and beverage startup founded in 2011 in the United States. The company, with the slogan "Ready-to-Eat Smoothie bowls by Austin's favorite açaí cafe!", was born from the shared love of smoothie bowls by lifelong best friends, Erin and Kara. After moving from Hawaii to Austin, the founders realized the absence of açaí, a Brazilian superfruit they adored, and decided to create Blenders & Bowls to share their love for açaí with Austin residents and beyond. In a few short months, the startup went from idea to reality, opening as a healthy mobile food truck which quickly became a hit. Within a decade, Blenders & Bowls expanded to five brick and mortar shops, becoming a household name in Austin, Texas. With a vision to spread their famous recipes nationwide, Erin and Kara are on a mission to take their venture to the next level.
