California Real Estate Regional Center (CaRE) is a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center focused on real estate and prop tech industries. Established in 2010, CaRE specializes in developing, financing, and managing hotels and condo-hotels in Southern California.
As a USCIS approved regional center, CaRE plays a vital role in assisting immigrant investors in finding qualifying and secure investments, which enable them to attain permanent US residency under the Immigrant Investor Program created by Congress in 1990. The regional center designation allows CaRE to receive capital from immigrant investors, offering them an advantage in relying on indirect employment for obtaining a US green card through the EB-5 program.
