MERCADO ELECTRÓNICO INSTITUCIONAL (MEI), established in 2006, offers brokerage services between Financial Intermediaries and Institutional Investors. MEI currently has the primary trading platform for securities lending, MEI PRESVAL, and is developing the MEI FONDOS platform for trading between distributors and operators of Investment Funds.

CAPITALSTAR SYSTEMS, founded in 2002 and based in New York City, serves as the group's technological development company. Their services include the development, implementation, and support of financial market trading platforms.

CERTIFICA-T, established in 2015, provides a tool that aids in maximizing business development through a comprehensive diagnosis of various areas, guiding businesses towards the best practices of successful enterprises.

The company is also currently in the process of obtaining authorization from the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit to establish and operate a new stock exchange in Mexico: Bolsa Institucional de Valores S.A. de C.V. (BIVA). The company received a Venture Round investment on September 1, 2016, with LIV Capital as the investor.
