Compass Energy Consulting (“Compass”) is a boutique management consulting firm that is focused on providing strategic, technical, financial, and development support to the renewable and clean energy marketplace throughout North America. Our clients include renewable energy developers, investors, government and engineering procurement and construction (EPC) firms who rely on Compass to help them understand and mitigate risk associated with renewables and energy storage development. Recently Compass has expanded its service offering to include early-stage origination engagements for clients looking to invest in FIT projects in Ontario. This included all early-stage development activities including site identification, site acquisition, and FIT 5 Application pre-requisite management. On behalf of our clients, Compass secured over 150 sites, applied for 140 projects, and our clients were awarded 120 FIT 5 Contracts, representing over 70 MWdc in less than eight months.
