Consorzio C3

Consorzio C3 is a consortium of "Cash & Carry Consorziati" that was established in 1972 by a group of food wholesalers led by Italo Andena, from which the name Consorzio C3, identifying the aggregation since 1985, derives. In 2010, a rebranding of the C3 logo accompanied generational transitions, projecting the consortium towards the future while preserving its values and solidity. The current ownership structure comprises a central office in Milan, which commercially coordinates and supervises the working groups of members and buyers. The central office represents an efficient nodal point of network relationships with low costs, functioning based on its agility and efficiency. C3 owns the brand NOI&VOI, a common denominator for the associates, offering a wide range of food and non-food references, as well as the brands VIVO and VivoMio for affiliations. Since 1990, Consorzio C3 has been part of Federcom, associated with FEDERGROSSISTI, and is a member of the board of directors of ADM (Associazione Distribuzione Moderna). In 2020, C3 became a partner and founding member of Forum, the purchasing supercenter that groups together four leading structures in the Italian organized distribution landscape.
