Having previously worked together at Slack, they developed Nebula to connect tens of thousands of servers. After publicly announcing and open sourcing Nebula in late 2019, the duo left Slack in February 2020 to establish Defined Networking, focusing on creating secure mesh VPN software for organizations. The company aims to deliver performant, simple, and secure networking products to organizations of all sizes. With a team dedicated to technological excellence and a belief in the importance of focus, Defined Networking is driven by the support of like-minded investors.
