DWS Printing and Packaging is a 5th generation, family-owned printing company specializing in labels for the Beverage, Craft Beer, and Food markets. Established in 1865, the company is run by the Staib family and is currently led by Andy Staib and his nephew, TJ Staib.
The company's capabilities include shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive, cut-and-stack, and roll-fed labels, as well as in-house can-sleeving and complete label & packaging design. Located in Deer Park, New York, DWS has a national client base and ships coast-to-coast, as well as to Canada and Puerto Rico.
Unlike larger competitors, DWS maintains a personal, Face-to-Face approach in its business dealings, priding itself on evolving partnerships and long-term relationships with clients. The company values its team members, considering them as part of the DWS Family.
Furthermore, DWS continues to invest in technology, evident in its recent capital investments, which include a brand new Digital+Flexo Hybrid press, a Heidelberg 8/Color UV offset press ("The Beast") and an Omet 10/Color Flexographic press ("Beauty"). Additional equipment includes its Nilpeter 8/Color Flexo press and two brand new Polar guillotine machines.
This combination of DWS' heritage, long-standing values, client relationships, and team members have contributed to the company's rapid growth in the label & packaging arena. Despite being in operation for 159 years, the Staibs feel like they're just getting started.
