FAME Lab is a pioneering research group based in Greece, founded in 2008. Their vision is to facilitate a world where people comprehend the impacts of the environment on their lives and make decisions in harmony with the long-term well-being of humanity. They aim to lead the way towards this vision by developing and providing tools to understand and adapt to environmental factors. Their research primarily focuses on the (F)unctional (A)rchitecture of (M)ammals in their (E)nvironment. The team comprises 15 full-time researchers and over 10 graduate students, and they have a remarkable track record of engagement in 10+ EU-funded projects, publication of 100+ research papers, and presentations at 200+ international conferences.
Using platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, FAME Lab effectively disseminates their work to a wider audience. Their efforts are directed towards understanding and addressing the drivers of poor outcomes in health, productivity, and performance, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life for all sustainably and justly.
