Fargoal, LLC is a computer and multimedia design company which currently concentrates on producing computer games for the iOS (iPhone & iPad) platform. “Sword of Fargoal” is a game that was invented in 1982 by Jeff McCord, and it has continued to have a following of retro-fans and enthusiasts. The iPhone version was released in November, 2008, and was awarded the distinction of being one of the best retro-style games by several prominent game blog sites. Jeff McCord is the Managing Partner of Fargoal, LLC and helps to direct the plans for current and future games, as well as being the primary marketing and press-outreach partner for the LLC. Sword of Fargoal for iPhone/iPad has recently been re-released in 2019 as part of the celebrated GameClub platform for the App Store, which has a growing collection of popular retro games and other A-list titles. Sword of Fargoal is a 1982 video game by Jeff McCord, published by Epyx . Sword of Fargoal was created by author and programmer Jeff McCord and based on his original dungeon adventure, Gammaquest II, which was programmed in BASIC for the Commodore PET.
