The organization's purpose is to federate associations operating in the field of Disability Management, as well as to associate and represent the Disability Managers operating in the work environment, valorizing their skills and attesting to their professional qualification requirements.
So, who is the Disability Manager? They are qualified professionals who intervene as responsible individuals possessing specialized skills in all phases of the process of integrating individuals with disabilities into public and private entities and companies. Their role is to ensure the correct application of processes for inclusion, integration, job maintenance, and return to work for individuals with health problems, disabilities, and fragility conditions, collaborating with territorial networks and services for incorporation into the company. Additionally, they adapt the organization to accommodate and manage the needs of these individuals, paying particular attention to corporate welfare measures, smart working, and agile work.
