Overview: Established in 1991, the Forest Fire Lookout Association (FFLA) is dedicated to researching and preserving forest fire lookout sites, ground cabins, and early fire detection methods. The organization advocates for the protection, appreciation, and understanding of lookout structures while encouraging the restoration efforts of public groups and chapters within the organization.
What We Do: FFLA has played a pivotal role in various aspects related to Fire Lookouts since its inception.
