Freire Imóveis is a well-established company in the Prop Tech and Real Estate industries, founded by entrepreneur Ivo da Rosa Freire in 1978. The company started its operations by offering residential and commercial property rental and sales services at Rua Dezessete de Junho, 423 - CJ 302. Over the years, it has expanded its services to include condominium administration, leading to the need for larger office spaces.
In 1982, the company became a pioneer in its sector by acquiring its own Data Processing Center, allowing the implementation of computerized condominium management. As a result, new opportunities and clients were attracted. The company's growth led to a move to a bigger office at Rua Miguel Teixeira, 206, Cidade Baixa in 1993.
The continuous growth necessitated another relocation, prompting the construction of a modern 1,000 m² headquarters at Rua Múcio Teixeira, 129, Menino Deus in 2008, complete with climate control, parking, and customer lift facilities.
