FITA - Friends In The Arts

Friends in the Arts (FITA) is a non-profit institution headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, aiming to empower arts professionals and provide them with opportunities to turn their passion into successful careers. Founded in 2020 by Francisca Gigante, Francisco Teles da Gama, Ricardo Ramos Gonçalves, and Zé Bernardo da Fonseca, FITA has launched several initiatives to support the arts community.

The FITA Platform serves as a job board, assisting over 200 arts professionals in securing employment since its establishment. Another initiative, the FITA Collection, has gained international attention, featuring a contemporary art and books collection.
