This innovative startup is establishing the first universal federation of cloud infrastructures and services. It consists of two primary components: The InterCloud Exchange Foundation, which sets open source framework standards through consensus, and the Computing Exchange Market, enabling cloud and application service providers to exchange resources while aligning with the European Trust Framework.
