Fundación INTRAS is a pioneering entity in Castilla y León that fully covers the Integrated Model of Care for people with disabilities due to severe and prolonged mental illness, developed by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities. The foundation has piloted the implementation of this model in the province of Zamora, encompassing all social and health aspects (psychosocial rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, residential care, occupational centers, day centers, leisure activities, etc.) for disabilities due to mental illness in coordination with the Psychiatry Unit of the Zamora Healthcare Complex.
INTRAS operates with the principle of recovery for individuals affected by disabilities. This philosophy encompasses the evolution of individuals with disabilities due to mental illness from healthcare and psychosocial rehabilitation facilities to employment, supported by social resources including occupational centers. This is reinforced by the availability of housing options, education or training programs, and alternatives for leisure activities for these individuals.
Founded in 1994, Fundación INTRAS operates in the Health Care industry from its headquarters in Spain. As of now, there is no public information available regarding the last investment or the last investment investors.
