Greater Louisville Inc. is the Metro Chamber of Commerce, named the 2019 National Chamber of the Year by the ACCE. It is focused on driving economic development and job creation across a bi-state, 15 county region spanning Kentucky and Southern Indiana. One of GLI's key initiatives is the Live in Lou program, which aims to attract talent to the region by showcasing Louisville as an appealing place to live, work, and play. As the voice of Greater Louisville’s business community, GLI is a strong advocate for a pro-business environment and facilitates business engagement on issues impacting regional competitiveness.
A notable aspect of GLI's work is its partnership with Academies of Louisville and JCPS to connect businesses with opportunities to engage with the future workforce and education initiatives.
