Grupo Galvão

Grupo Galvão is a conglomerate managing five companies: Galvão Engenharia, CAB Ambiental, Galvão Energia, Galvão Óleo e Gás, and Galvão Finanças. With a foundation in 1996, it operates in sectors including infrastructure, water and sewage services, renewable energy generation, and oil and gas drilling. Galvão Engenharia is involved in major infrastructure projects in Brazil and Peru, providing services to the state-owned sanitation company. CAB Ambiental manages concessions and public-private partnerships in water and sewage services, serving around 6.6 million people across five Brazilian states. Galvão Energia focuses on renewable energy generation, while Galvão Óleo e Gás formed a joint venture in 2012 with Norwegian drilling company Odfjell Drilling, executing a contract with Petrobras for the construction and chartering of three oil and gas drilling ships for 15 years. The group's financial arm, Galvão Finanças, manages surplus resources and supports the value chain development of its portfolio companies.
