The company's lead candidate, a oHSV encoding IL12 and anti-PD-1Ab (T3), is designed for direct injection into the tumor mass and has shown promising results in murine tests, demonstrating increased potency and reduced toxicity associated with systemic administration of immunomodulators alone. In January 2019, Product line 1 entered clinical trials.
ImmVira's headquarter is located in Hong Kong S.a.r. and the company recently received a Series C investment on 26 October 2022 from China Merchants China Direct Investments, Unifortune, and Lifebay.
