About Impact Capital

As a 501 (c)(3) Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) supporting low- and moderate-income communities, we provide flexible financing toward the development of affordable housing, assisted living facilities, senior and veteran housing, farmworker housing, daycare centers, mental health facilities, food banks and other community development projects to bring more units and facilities to much-needed areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. We support rural, suburban and urban developments, all types of business organizations, and offer Pre-Development, Acquisition, Construction, Preservation, Tenant Improvement, Energy Conservation, Bridge, and LOC loans. Working with partners who support our Community Building and Lending programs, Impact Capital makes strategic capital investments that improve the quality of life in our region.
