About Impact Expansion

Impact Expansion is an impact investing fund manager sponsored by KOIS, a pioneer in impact investing focused on Healthcare, Education & the Environment. It targets fast-growing companies with impactful business models to support them in scaling their business and impact. The Fund, certified Article 9 under EU SFDR by EY in May 2022, is founded and managed by a team of seasoned investors from both the impact and non-impact space. The partners emanate from KOIS and from Milestone Investisseurs, a seasoned pan-European Private Equity investor with a focus on value creation via buy-and-build strategies. Impact Expansion Fund I is targeting €120-150m and had a second closing on over €100m in July 2023 with the final closing scheduled for March 2024. The fund targets projects with high direct societal and environmental impacts with the ability to lead to systemic change. It focuses on three key areas: - Skilling/Employment: improving access to and the quality of education/skilling programs, and enhancing employability and access to jobs for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. - Health: improving access, quality, and affordability of healthcare in Europe via new business models or technology, with a focus on mental health and chronic disease management. - Environment: combating the climate crisis and reducing environmental degradation through investments in recycling, circular economy, energy efficiency & storage, and sustainable agriculture. With its unique focus and experienced team, Impact Expansion presents a compelling opportunity for impact investors looking to generate meaningful social and environmental impacts alongside financial returns.
