Kenvox got its start in 1989 as a professional tool maker in Hong Kong, servicing customers from around the globe. As Kenvox grew in size, it was natural to expand our capabilities into injection plastics, silicone, and metal fabrication. Over 30 years later, Kenvox now has 3 fully owned, state-of-the-art factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan with additional joint-ventures to round out our full range of capabilities. With over 500 employees, Kenvox has established a solid first-class reputation as a contract OEM/ODM manufacturer with customers in every major global marketplace. Kenvox has manufacturing expertise across several industries including consumer products, electronics, baby products, beauty products, medical devices and kitchenware just to name a few. Our team consists a mix of highly capable engineers, designers and experts with many years of experience and rich knowledge in our objective to provide the most comprehensive and capable range of services available. Injection molding: Our injection molding services offer customers a tooling solution that aligns with their projects requirements. We have the ability to provide prototyping, both low and high volume production including millions of units if desired. Metal fabrication: Kenvox’s capabilities with metal fabrication include die-casting, extrusion, stamping sheet metal, and CNC to virtually be able to make any design or product. Silicone: Kenvox’s silicone capabilities include both compression silicone (High Consistency Rubber/HCR) and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).
