Established in 1969 by Wayne Kuni as Kuni Cadillac, the company expanded its operations to include a BMW franchise in 1972. Over the years, the enterprise grew significantly, leading to the opening of a new BMW Center in 2007. This expansion solidified Kuni BMW's position as the largest BMW Center in Oregon, providing a comprehensive range of vehicles along with a certified service center and body shop.
In 2016, Kuni BMW became a part of the Holman Automotive dealership group following Holman Enterprises' acquisition of Kuni Automotive. This transition marked a pivotal moment in the company's journey, aligning it with one of the largest privately-owned dealership groups in the United States.
