KVP-Solution, a digitalization company focusing on software and marketing, has a rich history dating back to 1999 when it was founded as Knops Trading & Consulting in Germany. In 2012, the company underwent a significant transformation with the transition of ownership to Mathias Knops. This shift marked the launch of KVP-Solution and propelled the company into new ventures.
In 2018, KVP-Solution expanded its global presence with the establishment of KVP-Solution SPA in Chile, catering to growth markets across Latin America. This extension included the creation of the Aperturas brand for window and door imports, as well as the partial acquisition of Ecovent to facilitate local manufacturing and servicing. Additionally, KVP-Coaching was initiated in Chile, offering ontological coaching services.
The same year witnessed further expansion into Asian markets with the inauguration of KVP-Solution Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Subsequently, in 2019, the establishment of Digitus, a CRM advisory company based in Singapore, leveraged the extensive experience of co-owner Mathias Knops, formerly of a major software company, to revolutionize the market through a unique combination of management consulting and software expertise.
KVP-Solution's multi-faceted growth trajectory and strategic expansion efforts position it as a promising player in the global digitalization landscape, with a strong foothold in both Latin America and Asia.
