In Burkina Faso, Lignaverda successfully established 10,000 hectares of new forest from 2009 to 2017. In Senegal, they have partnered with 118 villages to restore 7,000 hectares, aiming for carbon sequestration of 15 million tonnes of CO₂, certified under VERRA VM0047 standards. Namibia sees an expanding effort with pilot projects gearing up for major forest establishment by late 2026.
