Marine Corps League is a long-standing organization with a rich history dating back to 1923. The company's mission is to promote the interest and preserve the traditions of the United States Marine Corps. It aims to strengthen the fraternity of Marines and their families, serve Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and FMF Chaplains who have worn the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor and foster the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism. With its founding credited to World War I hero, Major General Commandant John A. Lejeune, and a Federal Charter approved by An Act of the Seventy-Fifth Congress of the United States of America and signed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 4, 1937, the Marine Corps League is the only Federally Chartered Marine Corps-related veterans organization in the country.
