Marshall Moore is owned by Kathy Marshall and Sheena Wiggins (nee Moore). Both started their careers as Trainee Accountants after graduating in Economics and Business. By the mid 80’s they had both moved into the recruitment sector and spent the next 10 years working for large/international financial recruitment companies. In 1996, their dreams became reality, when having gained a wealth of recruitment experience, they founded Marshall Moore. Kathy and Sheena then suscessfully built a specialist recruitment team offering only the highest quality service.
Marshall Moore’s goal has always been to develop long-standing relationships with both candidates and clients, and the fact that many of our existing relationships are still in place from our inception is testament to our success.
