MPA is headquartered in San Diego, California and is directed by five Principals; Paul McParlane, Doug Isaaks, Chris Jackson, Francisco Chaidez, and Javier Ares who all share a common commitment to our core values of service and quality. Since our founding in 1990, we have built a reputation for exceptional, precise service in extremely time sensitive environments. Our success and the desire to serve our clients in Los Angeles and Orange County led to our Orange County office expansion in 2007, managed by Javier Ares.
