The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) is a local public agency focused on safeguarding open spaces, wildlife habitats, and urban, mountain, and river parklands. Collaborating with the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and other local government partners, it acquires parklands, engages in crucial planning processes, and executes significant park improvement projects.
