In its early years of operation the group operated in the fields of shipping, investments and holdings (formerly known as “Ofer Brothers”), is one of the Israeli leading business groups, operating in a variety of fields , in Israel and abroad, including real estate (residential and commercial), hotels and investments. Ofer Investments Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of “Melisron” an Israeli public company (traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange “MLSR.TA” ) which operates in the fields of lease, management, improvement, construction and maintenance of commercial and office spaces and owns leading shopping centers in Israel.
