One Community Health

One Community Health is a nonprofit organization offering medical, dental, and behavioral health care to a diverse patient population of over 10K people in the Columbia River Gorge region. Founded in 1986, the organization operates two main facilities in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon, along with a school-based health center in Hood River Valley High School. Formerly known as La Clínica del Cariño Family Health Care Center, Inc., it has gained the trust and recommendation of its patients from Wasco and Hood River Counties in Oregon, as well as Skamania and Klickitat Counties in Washington. With its patient-centered primary care home model, One Community Health is committed to advancing health and social justice for all members of the community, regardless of their insurance status. As a community leader and partner, the organization takes pride in advancing individual health outcomes and equity in the region.
