It owns several parking lots and a significant client portfolio that has been growing steadily over the years. Notable clients include CUF Hospitals, Luz Hospital, Champalimaud Foundation, Lusíadas Hospital, FIL, Lidl, Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Campus de Justiça - Office Park Expo, and since 2014, Penafiel City Council where it also manages and monitors paid parking in the city.
