PropTech Japan, established in 2017, is the first and largest non-profit Proptech/Contech community in Japan. With over 700 professional members, including startups, VCs, and major Japanese real estate companies, the community facilitates monthly meetings with an average attendance of 100 or more. The discussions at these meetups revolve around various cutting-edge topics such as design, blockchain (and security tokens), and IoT, exploring their impact on the proptech/contech industries. The community also welcomes occasional special guests from overseas to collaborate at these gatherings.
The mission of PropTech JAPAN is to foster a healthy and co-productive ecosystem for proptech/contech startups and to enhance mutual understanding between businesses and the government regarding new trends in the industry.
Moreover, on September 20th, PropTech JAPAN is conducting Japan's First Startup Pitch Conference, providing a platform for proptech/contech-related startups to showcase their business/service. The top 20 participants will have the opportunity to present their ideas and have a booth at the conference. This event presents a valuable opportunity to engage with major Japanese companies and startups while gaining insights into Japan's market.
