In addition to loan provision, Provident offers a unique service in Hungary: for an additional fee, they provide home service where loan application and contract signing take place at the requester's home, and the loan amount is handed over in cash by the company’s field staff, who also personally visits the customers for weekly repayments. The Home Service Package includes personal accident insurance.
