ReCarbn has been successfully acquired by the Dutch climate technology company, Skytree, marking a strategic expansion in the field of carbon removal solutions. Founded in 2022, ReCarbn has rapidly distinguished itself through its groundbreaking technology in filtration and sorbent circulation, which will now be integrated into Skytree's direct air capture (DAC) product portfolio.

The co-founders of ReCarbn—Guus Dubbink (CEO), Ewout Rijs (CPO), and Sophia Hummelman (CCO)—have joined Skytree, bringing their expertise in research and development, product strategy, and commercial finance.
