SEDCO, founded in 1976 by the late Sheikh Salem Bin Mahfouz, has evolved from a small trading and construction business into a major real estate developer. With a focus on both domestic and international projects, the company has established a strong reputation for delivering successful developments, including the Al Mahmal Centre in 1987 and the Red Seal Mall in 2008.
In 1997, all real estate activities were consolidated into a separate entity, and in 2009, SEDCO Development was established, exclusively focusing on real estate development. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed over 20 real estate projects valued at more than Saudi Riyal 3.5 Billion.
