The company offers a social support platform that enables users to easily schedule appointments with certified social assistants and receive guidance via video or phone calls. These assistants provide support in various areas such as housing, family, retirement, debt, and caregiving, establishing concrete action plans and mediating with relevant parties including institutions, banks, and employers.

SocialDirect operates on a subscription basis, catering to enterprises for their employees, local communities as a reinforcement to existing social services, and insurers seeking to enhance their offerings with an innovative service. The startup, headquartered in France, has secured a €500.00K Seed Round investment from The Moon Venture on 11 December 2023.

With a network of over 30 social assistants across France, the company also provides in-person support when necessary. Notably, SocialDirect's services have already benefitted 50,000 individuals in France.
