Founded in 1976 by Dr. Rita Simó, The People's Music School stands as the oldest completely tuition-free music school in Chicago and the United States. Currently, The People's Music School reaches over 1,600 students in the Chicagoland metropolitan area by providing intensive instruction and performance opportunities across various musical disciplines.
