Our owner and Senior Consultant, Grant Thompson, previously worked as Senior Vice President of Consulting for the IEC Group. He has a Doctorate in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education from University of San Francisco’s School of Education. Grant specializes in organizational development and training and has helped numerous organizations throughout the Northwest improve morale, develop leaders, and increase efficiency. He is the author of the up-coming book Leadership Isn’t Rocket Science: Simple Strategies Used by Great Leaders.
