Thresholds is a healthcare and housing organization providing support for individuals with mental health and substance use conditions in Illinois. As one of the largest providers of recovery services in Illinois, the organization operates 30 programs across more than 75 locations, offering services such as assertive outreach, case management, housing, employment, education, psychiatry, primary care, substance use treatment, and research.
