Tomingroep BV is a social work-learning company based in 8 municipalities in Gooi and Vechtstreek, Almere, and Eemnes. Founded in 1928, the company's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in finding meaningful, safe, and suitable work placements. Through work-learning trajectories, Tomingroep aims to further develop the talents of these individuals, both within the organization and externally. Moreover, the company actively collaborates with them to identify suitable employers offering paid positions, thereby contributing to their financial independence, self-worth, and happiness. This not only benefits the individuals involved but also has a positive impact on society as a whole. Their slogan, "WERK DAT JE GOED DOET!" encapsulates this vision.
Operating in the Human Resources sector, Tomingroep's commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowerment aligns with the evolving societal emphasis on social responsibility and diversity within the workforce. Despite the lack of specific information on headquarters or recent investments and investors, the company's longstanding presence and impactful mission position it as a compelling venture for potential investment consideration.
