The foundation of BioCrossroads was laid by the key members of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Indiana Health Industry Forum, City of Indianapolis, Indiana University and Purdue University. Eli Lilly and Company, the largest employer in Indiana, provided valuable support which helped attract several other community and corporate players into the fold. The Indy Partnership, a regional economic development organization, was also among those who joined BioCrossroads as members.
