The company’s business mainly comprises three areas: consulting, research and analytics. Through consulting practices, it offers advisory on business strategy and program implementation, optimizes clients' impact portfolio, develops solutions. And its focus areas are: CSR, CSV, Cause-Related Marketing, etc. Plus, its research services deliver in-depth knowledge reports and analytic insights regarding social entrepreneurship, impact investment, strategic philanthropy and so forth. The company also runs an online website opened to public, called Impact Business Review(IBR), covering and reporting newest trends and extensive findings in the field of impact business. Lastly, the company has established a separate entity dedicated to analytics services, called Korea Integrated Impact Analytics(KiiA). KiiA specializes in impact assessment services, which are to analyze, measure and assess impact performances of an organization or a program.
