LFE provides expansion capital and operating support to businesses with revenues of $5-50 million. LFE is flexible and takes minority and control positions in its portfolio companies and works actively with management teams to execute on growth plans. The firm can provide equity and/or debt. Key geographies include the Midwest, the Southeast (FL), and Rocky Mountain regions. Will consider other geographies in the continental U. S.
