It manages these actively to deliver attractive returns to its investors. Meyer Bergman's current acquisition efforts are focused on well-located, defensive assets across major metropolitan areas. It advises three closed-ended, value-add real estate funds, the VIA Outlet Venture, and co-investments totalling more than €6 billion of assets under management on behalf of global institutional investors, which include leading pension funds, endowments and asset managers. The firm has its headquarters in London and an office in New York City.
